The Ideal Candidate
- You're fully licensed in Illinois as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
- You are an expert in at least one evidence-based modality (e.g., EMDR, ERP, ACT).
- You have a clear clinical specialty (e.g., couples, young adults, bipolar disorder) that we can showcase and market.
- You thrive with autonomy but value a supportive, collegial team.
- You are known for your exceptional compassion and clinical skill.
- You desire the flexibility to build a caseload that fits your life.
- You can provide some in-office hours at our Naperville location to meet client needs.
- You believe in prompt, professional client care from the first contact.

Having worked in settings from a leading hospital anxiety program and a juvenile detention center to other private practices, I’ve learned firsthand what I value and how I believe clinicians deserve to be treated.
