Insurance & Payment
What insurance do you accept?
We accept the following PPO insurance plans:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO)
- Aetna
- Cigna
- UnitedHealthcare
- Lyra Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Note: We do not accept HMO plans or Medicaid/Medicare.
What is your self-pay rate?
Our self-pay rate is $160 per session for a 50-55 minute individual therapy appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Who We Serve
What ages do you serve?
We specialize in providing therapy services to adolescents (ages 14+) and adults. We do not currently treat children under the age of 14.
Service Delivery & Logistics
Do you offer in-person sessions?
Yes, we offer in-person counseling at our Naperville office located at 500 E Ogden Ave, Suite 101, Naperville, IL 60563.
Do you offer telehealth/online therapy?
Yes, we offer secure video telehealth services to residents of Illinois. A private space and stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) are required.
Scope of Practice
Do you provide psychological testing or evaluation?
While Dr. Jonathan Woodin has expertise in testing, our primary focus is on psychotherapy. Please contact us to discuss specific testing needs.
Do you offer clinical supervision for LCSW/LCPC?
No, we do not currently offer clinical supervision services for external clinicians.
